Live classes are held via Google Meet. After enrolment, you will receive access details prior to your scheduled session.
By participating in live classes:

- We reserve the right to remove users who are disruptive or violate our policies. No refund of fees will be made in such cases.
- Video recording is now allowed
Missed sessions may not be refunded unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy (see Section 14).
- Self-Paced Courses and Digital Content
Our self-paced courses include video lessons, podcasts, and PDFs available through your account.
You may:
- Stream content for personal learning.
- Download materials for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Distribute, resell, modify, repost, copy, publicly display or use the content without written permission.

- Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality language education and a positive learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund terms below:
14.1 Live Classes
- Refunds for live classes are available only if requested at least 48 hours before the first session starts.
- No refund will be issued for missed classes unless the cancellation is due to technical failure on our part.
14.2 Self-Paced Courses and Digital Products
- Due to the digital nature of self-paced courses and downloadable materials, refunds are not provided once content has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for support or a resolution.
- When you purchase a course or material from our Website, you are granted lifetime access to the content. Lifetime access refers to the duration of time that our website and company continue to operate and maintain the platform. Should the Website cease operations or become unavailable for any reason, access to the content may no longer be provided. We do not guarantee indefinite access beyond the lifespan of our business or Website.
14.3 Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, email with your full name, email address, and reason for the request. An email stating whether you are eligible for refund will be posted back.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
